Welcome to
Villa Agnolaccio

A B&B in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by olive trees, cypresses and silence. A place to rediscover calm.

The Villa

Among rows of cypresses and olive groves, immersed in a typically Tuscan landscape, stands our villa: a historic residence located along the evocative "Via Acciaio e Agnolaccio", which crosses the picturesque Groppoli Wildlife Estate.

Just 3 km from the center of Pistoia, 30 km from Florence and a short distance from Lucca as well, Villa Agnolaccio is the ideal starting point for those wishing to explore Tuscany without sacrificing tranquility.

Carefully restored by Ettore and his wife, the villa now welcomes its guests as a comfortable Bed & Breakfast, furnished with taste and attention to detail, in full respect of the original characteristics of the historic building.

A Place of Relaxation

Open spaces, silent and full of light.

Every corner of the villa is designed to help you relax: among the aromatic herbs in the garden or by the pool, surrounded only by birdsong and the hilly panorama.

For those who love to alternate quiet and discovery, the historic centers of Pistoia and Lucca are just a few kilometers away: Tuscan gems to be experienced calmly, among art, architecture and hidden little cafés.

Here, time expands. Every day is an invitation to slow down, breathe and rediscover the pleasure of simple things.

Rich in History

We are proud of the history that surrounds us.

The villa dates back to the early 1700s, as documented in some writings by Alberto Chiappelli preserved at the Forteguerriana Library in Pistoia. In the mid-nineteenth century, thanks to Canon Roberto Galli, new spaces were added and the small church of San Giuseppe was built in 1856.

A few steps away from us are true treasures of the area:

the Romanesque church of San Michele a Groppoli, with the oldest pulpit in Pistoia (1193),

and the imposing Convent of Giaccherino, dating back to the 15th century.

A place where history can be felt in every detail.
