The Historic Residence is approximately 65 km from Pisa's Galileo Galilei International Airport and approximately 30 km from Florence's Amerigo Vespucci Airport. From both locations, you can take the highway route to the Pistoia exit on the A11 or the railway route from either Pisa or Florence to Pistoia Railway Station.

The property is approximately 5 km from both the Pistoia highway exit on the A11 Firenze-Mare and Pistoia Railway Station.

It can be reached in approximately 5 minutes by car following Via Provinciale Lucchese towards Montecatini Terme, then, once you arrive at Spazzavento, taking Via del Poggio and, after passing the crossroads for the ancient Convent of Giaccherino, continuing on Via Acciaio e Agnolaccio.
